This site mainly exists to publish product information, support details, privacy pages, release notes, and account deletion guidance.

If you contact support, the information collected usually comes from the message you send and the details needed to understand or resolve the issue.

• References to app-related information when needed to answer privacy, support, or deletion questions.

• To respond to support, privacy, and account-related inquiries.

Running Machine itself may process additional information such as sign-in details, treadmill photos submitted for extraction, saved run history, and account-linked data. Those app-level practices are described in the dedicated product privacy page.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the site, respond to support requests, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

• Support messages may be retained long enough to complete the request and preserve an audit trail.
• Operational logs and backups may persist temporarily before routine deletion or overwrite.

Third-party services are used only where reasonably necessary to host the site, process support-related workflows, or operate the connected app infrastructure.

• Firebase services are used for Running Machine account and backend operations where applicable.
• OpenAI is used only through the protected backend flow for Running Machine extraction, not for general site browsing.
• This site does not sell personal information for third-party advertising.
