Running Machine is provided by Jaeyeon as a mobile product for treadmill workout logging and a related set of support and policy pages. Features, availability, and regional access may change over time as the product evolves.

• Provide accurate account or contact information when required.
• Use the service lawfully and avoid abusing, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to the platform.
• Keep account credentials confidential and notify support if unauthorized access is suspected.
• Submit only treadmill images and related content that you are authorized to use.

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued in part or in full. Access may also be limited for maintenance, updates, security, or legal reasons.

Running Machine depends on third-party services such as Firebase infrastructure and backend processing. Availability of those services can affect the app experience.

All software, branding, site content, and related materials for Running Machine, except user-provided content, are owned by Jaeyeon or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
